Good Morning Wayne, Crie prevention is a collective responsibility of the law enforcement agencies including security companies. TRSS is playing a major role in supporting the endeavours of the station in fighting crime. They are always willing to go an extra mile in supporting the weekly operations that are plannes by the station. the efforts provided by the company in reducing crime in the precinct are always appreciated.

Wesley has been assisting me. He has tirelessly tried anything and everything to get my security system functional. He has repeatedly availed himself at short notice and even come past twice after 17H00. He has been at all times informative, supportive, professional and friendly. In my opinion, Wesley is superb. He is an employee that adds value to TRSS. I have been loyal to TRSS for some time now; though now even more so thanks to my interactions with Wesley.

I would like to take this opportunity to recognize the good work done by Sipho, one of the security personnel. Sipho is always willing to help with anything from searching with a lost or misplaced jersey or a lunchbox to giving information on the different activities at the school. He is also friendly and certainly executes his duties diligently. I have also observed him respectfully interact with other parents and the pupils. It is quite a relief for me as a parent to know that our children are safe with such an individual who is dedicated to their work around the school premises. Sipho also has this incredible memory as he knows most of the pupils by name and even knows the parents to the pupils.

Firstly I would like to thank TRSS for the excellent Response and Service that we have been given. I want to ask that you give your technical team a special thank you, they were courteous, polite and professional, technically they were excellent with the system and their assistance in my requests for zones I wanted. They helped me create them to suit my needs and we tested them to ensure all was well. Thank you again.

I would like to thank the TRSS Reaction group for their excellent observation. My toddler mistakenly pressed the remote gate open and we didn't realize until we were notified by a TRSS Reaction car at our gate asking if everything was okay. Thank you TRSS

I'd like to acknowledge exemplary performance by your employee Kaiser. Every time we have seen Kaiser, he has the widest smile on his face and waves at us cheerfully as we drive past. He is quick to run across to the other boom to open upon exit and smiles and waves continuously. I thought he only did this with us but upon observation I noticed, that this is his common behaviors with everyone. Being someone so happy and enthusiastic to help, seemingly loving his job and this showed through his disposition. I stopped one day to ask for his name and to thank him for his wonderful work. I'm truly grateful for him because all it takes is a person like Kaiser to make the world, my world, a better place. It's a delight seeing him. Please thank him for me, for brightening my world and spreading his brightest smile cheer.

I would like to take this opportunity to advise you of one security officer who spends his entire shift going over and above the call of duty and is an absolute pleasure to work with and privilege to have on the site His name is Jack - He greets all customers with respect and always has a smile, we have also observed him with the K9 and his ways show a person has compassion with people and animals. This is a perfect example of the sites morals and ethics and Grand Central Airport appreciates this. Numerous tenants and staff have complimented his manner and respect. I would like to thank him for his work ethic, personality and assisting to welcome public, tenants and staff upon entry and a graceful goodbye when they leave. He is always the first to suggest things and never says no. Well done TRSS! Please can you extend this to him and use this as an example of not only a great security officer but an amazing human being.

Hi Neo, Thanks so much for your excellent service in organizing that your service man, Lovemore, arrived at exactly 2.45 p.m, today. As a result my husband was able to chat to Lovemore and still make his otside 4 p.m appointment. Lovemore too was very profesional and was able to diagnose that the problem was an antenna that needed to be added to the TRSS box we have, in order to strengthen the signal that TRSS receives when our alarm is triggered. Lovemore said that there will be no service call out fee for this. We were very impressed with the service received from both of you.

We want to express our sincere thanks for making our picnic on Saturday such a success. The feedback from parents and staff was incredible and highly complimentary. Your presence on the day certainly reassured our community and added to the feeling parents had that the event was well organized and your staff were so helpful and polite. I am writing, on behalf of my friend, Liz (who is still in hospital) and I would like to express my thanks for the speedy response to our call on the night of Tuesday 5th July when she had a fall. As well as the quick response of the Medical response unit and consequently the ambulance that got her safely to Life Four Ways hospital. It is this amazing service that makes us comfortable that you are there watching over us.

Sending huge compliments to the TRSS officers that came to our assistance at around 1:30 AM this morning on River road, Riverbend. They arrested the one suspect on our neighbour's property at around 3 AM this morning.

Thank you very much TRSS for arranging Jerry to assist us after the incident. He was extremely helpful with all the aspects even when I was trimming the bushes. He was very keen to jump in and make sure we felt safer. The fact that he parked in our driveway at certain intervals also made us feel a lot safer. Thanks a lot! Much appreciated.

Hi Clinton, I would like to report that your reaction officer Robert was the first arrival after my hijacking incident. Robert was SUPER HELPFUL. He called SAPS & stayed with me until after SAPS left. Please thank him for his help and support. I see Robert takes his work seriously and is a very dedicated security officer of TRSS.

TRSS run a great business. You recently took over in Sundowner/Randburg. The service and visibility of your team is exemplary. The armed reaction lads are phenomenal, always professional and willing to help in any situation. So thank you to youand your team.

I would like to praise and thank TRSS, we have had a few pest incidents over the past two weeks, which have set off the alarm, and last night led us to believe there was an intruded trying to get in, we called TRSS and the sent two vehicles who covered the property and the garage. Their response was fast and both the call center and the guards who responded was a pleasure to deal with. And after all that hassle, it ended up being a dassie who caught a ride in my car engine, who went on a rampage in the garage. Thank you TRSS for always being there.

Yesterday we had an incident involving a man believed to have dementia. These two legendary soldiers of yours stuck by me and worked with me until we found the man's family members to take him and his car home safely. These 2 awesome men your business employs not only showed absolute professionalism but compassion too. - Beyond. They deserve to be given a commendation above and beyond. 2 really good men.

I would like to express my sincere thanks for the amazing support that TRSS displayed today, when the fire broke out. The response time, immediate action, teamwork and willingness to assist was truly amazing and so appreciated. What could have been a very sad outcome for many residents, was contained quickly and professionally. Not only did you recruit additional managers and staff from other sites to assist, you went out of your way to reassure residents, coordinate traffic and help wherever possible.

Dear TRSS, I must please share with you the experience we had in the early hours of this morning and your two guys came to the rescue. One of the units where I live on a small holding was broken into, your guys patrolling in the area heard screams and responded. They chased after the thugs and recovered a stolen 52 inch plasma screen ans the laptop. I am so grateful of the presence of your TRSS officers at the moment at the time of need. The two officers names are William and Zulu, they were later joined by their supervisor and the police came last as usual. I have been at this place for 15 years and nothing like this ever happened before. Please share this with all your management at TRSS. Thanks once again to your company.

Thank you to Tshepo and Leo in Sundowner for rescuing me today! They went the extra mile. One of those cement balls that people put on the pavements got stuck under my car. They had to literally pick my car up to get it out. Thank you TRSS.

I would like to say Thank you, this time! Jean phoned me at 14h45 to let me know that my gate is standing wide open, I was worried because of the dogs as I know they like running out, so I left work. I arrived at home with TRSS standing outside my premises making sure its ok. Thank you very much, I really appreciate that.

Halloween as usual was a success.  Thank you for your role in it. Unfortunately there was an incident where a patron misbehaved.  She was a guest of Business and she harassed Helen and her guests to such an extent that security had to be called in (Mpho must be complimented on the way he handled it) and he escorted her out of restaurant. We do not want this lady to be allowed back to the restaurant, we trust that you will agree with our stance and also to develop with Busi that she is responsible for the behaviour of her guests an she must ensure that this lady does not come back to restaurant.

Just a very sincere thank you for TRSS's assistance of a fire at my parents home on Saturday 8^th March. It was Barron that was the field manager on site and I want to thank him for handling the situation in an exemplary manner. I will contact him personally and express my gratitude.

Just a quick note to say thank you for the excellent service that we received from you and your team. Your response and turnaround time on installing beams and on ensuring security at night until the beams could be installed, was priceless! I was very impressed with the fact that on the first call from your centre, early hours of the morning, the men on the ground and the men in the control room, knew of all the changes at our property and were in complete control of the situation. Well done TRSS.

Last Wednesday June 11 I received a shattering phone call from your paramedics team sited at 9 th on Richard in Fourways Gardens. They had found my husband in his car slumped over the wheel having had a massive heart attack. We live in Cape Town and were completely at a loss as to what to do. Chris from the control room arranged for the undertakers to send an ambulance and for the police in attendance to give his personal effects to a work colleague and somehow his calm reassurance and competence seemed to put our minds at rest while we wrestled with what to do. They helped make an unbearable situation more bearable and we would like to thank them from the bottom of our hearts. He is a credit to your organization as are the two paramedics who tried to help him.

I would like to express our great appreciation and gratitude to TRSS for their prompt response to our gate alarm this morning when thieves tried to steal our gate motor around 3h30 this morning. Thieves had already removed the anti-theft bracket, however when they lifted the gate the alarm went off at TRSS control room. The patrol car was dispatched immediately and the caring and friendly guard offered to guard the gate until late in the morning. Thank you TRSS for the sterling job you did.

On behalf of our Retirement Village, I can highly recommend them, as in the three and a half years since they started as our Guarding and Response Company, we have not had any problems that have not been quickly resolved to our compete satisfaction. Their response to an alarm activation is immediate and we can at any time contact the area manager or other senior personnel. Their guards are well trained, courteous, and neatly attired. They arrive punctually for their duties and can be relied upon to do their patrols. At the start of the Covid pandemic, we instituted temperature checking and hand sanitising of all persons entering the village. The guards willingly and effectively carry out these extra duties..
